The Role of a Support Coordinator
Support Coordinators play a vital role in helping participants understand, implement, and maximise their NDIS plans. At Tender Loving Care Disability Services, this role extends beyond coordination.
Our Support Coordinators work closely with participants, families, and service providers to reduce barriers, build capacity, and ensure supports align with individual goals, preferences, and needs.
