Tilly, your guide
Hi, I'm Tilly. Let me show you around.

Disability support & supported homes across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia and Tasmania.
Five states · one teamFor too long, disability has been seen through need alone. Tender Loving Care Disability was built to change that belief.
Meet Tilly, then read about our support at your own pace.

Here we are
All our services are in this one building. Come inside and I'll show you each one, or open Services any time.
Our story
Tender Loving Care Disability was built to change that belief.
Tilly: at reception
In-home support, community participation, life skills, and respite. Ask at reception, or tap Flexible support to read more.
What support is for
Dignity. Participation. Employment & Belonging.
Tilly: upstairs
Tap a door to go in. Each room shows what that service does, who it is for and how to ask about it.
What growing makes possible
A stronger, sustainable organisation can reach more people, create more opportunities and scale more good.
How the rooms connect
What makes Tender Loving Care Disability different is its ecosystem model: an interconnected network across care, allied health, accommodation, education, employment, technology, travel and community participation.
Coordination · Level 2
We sit with the plan and the person. Coordination is staying, not handing a list over the desk.
Allied health · Level 2
Therapy in the same building as daily support. You do not start again with a stranger next door.
Day programs · Level 2
A regular day. Games, a low shelf, no scoreboard. Tilly shows the building. She does not grade a life.
SIL / SDA · Level 2
A sofa and a kitchenette because a home is a home. We confirm the listing with you by phone before anyone moves in.
Plan management · Level 2
Invoices and budgets with a real person you can call. The spreadsheet is a tool, not the life.
Allied health · Level 2
Allied health is therapy — physio, OT, speech — often in the same building as daily support.
We do not promise a clinical outcome.
In this room
Foam play under a navy ceiling. A treatment table. A chair by the window for whoever came with you.
From here
One enquiry. A real person answers when you call. Tilly walks you here. She does not take the call.
Day programs · Level 2
Day programs are a regular day. Music is play, not a test. Tilly orients. She does not grade a life.
Points count what you explore here, never you.
In this room
A tree mural, recliners, a piano. This is a room for day programs, not a waiting room.

The bathroom
SDA built for people who use a wheelchair or other mobility aids. Step-free entry, wider doors and halls, and a bathroom and kitchen you can reach and use.
The kitchenette
SDA built for people with sensory, intellectual or cognitive disability. A clear layout, good light, and contrast between surfaces, like a dark edge on a pale bench, designed to make the home easier to find your way around.
The shared lounge
SDA built to be strong and calm. Tough walls and fittings, less noise, and a quiet space to step away to, designed to reduce repairs and risk to you and the people you live with.
Your bedroom
Everything in Fully Accessible, for people who need very high physical support. The structure for a ceiling hoist, backup power for essential equipment, and room for assistive technology.
The bathroom · day to day
Supported Independent Living (SIL) is help or supervision with daily tasks at home, like personal care, meals and getting out, so you can live as independently as you can and build your skills.
The kitchenette · two things
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is the building, enrolled in one of these four design categories. SIL is the daily support inside it. They are separate supports in an NDIS plan.
The shared lounge · next step
See the SDA and SIL homes we list, filter by state and type, then ask about one. We confirm every home with you by phone before anyone moves in.
What we will not claim
Homes on this site are a catalogue sample, not a live feed. A design category describes the building. It is not a promise about how life there will go.
Coordination · Level 2
A support coordinator helps you read an NDIS plan and find the right mix of supports. They sit with you. They work alongside our team.
An acknowledgement is not fulfilment. We only promise reply times our team can keep.
In this room
Two desks that face each other. A plan on the board. A guest chair that is not an afterthought.
From here
One enquiry. A real person answers when you call. Tilly walks you here. She does not take the call.
Plan management · Level 2
Plan management helps with invoices and budgets in an NDIS plan. A real person still answers when you call. The spreadsheet is a tool, not the life.
We do not guess NDIS prices here.
In this room
An in-tray, a cabinet, a wall chart. Quiet admin next to the coordination desks.

Where support can lead
It is a purpose-led ecosystem that turns support into opportunity and contribution.
